Job summary

Avēsis, a leading provider of supplemental vision benefits, seeks a Provider Relations Representative II to connect our provider network with resources, education and support. This role blends remote work with field responsibilities in Pennsylvania.

You will train and coach practices, help with eligibility, claims, and payments, and build lasting partnerships. Travel up to 50% within PA is required; you will attend meetings, clinics, and events to strengthen contract and credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of Dental office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows-based data tools.
• A valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance and the ability to travel up to 50% within Pennsylvania.
• Remote role requires reliable internet access (25 Mbps up/down).

Responsibilities

• Engage providers via in-person/video/phone/email to train and coach for performance improvement.
• Conduct provider outreach and education to enable self-sufficiency in eligibility and claims.
• Lead monthly/quarterly meetings with provider groups and document actions.
• Collaborate with Network Recruitment to manage provider contracting and reviews.
• Coordinate with Credentialing to manage provider credentialing and inquiries.
• Maintain records of provider interactions and reporting.
