Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) seeks a Marketing Coordinator/Junior Proposal Coordinator to join the Tampa team. You will prepare responses to RFQs/RFPs, develop LORs, proposals and SOQs, and lead pursuit teams with minimal supervision while ensuring readability and quality.

Hybrid work in the Tampa/Gulf region. Ideal candidates have a marketing/communications background, strong writing skills, and familiarity with MS Office and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred.
• Experience within the engineering/CEI industry preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop LORs, Proposals, and SOQs for Florida solicitations.
• Lead pursuit teams with limited supervision to ensure quality and readability.
• Produce proposal and qualification packages and marketing materials.
• Prepare standard documents per Owner/Client standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate project pursuit meetings.
• Prepare corporate and project presentations and maintain resumes/profiles.
• Support marketing staff with documentation and project data.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC is currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Marketing Department in Tampa / Gulf Region as a Junior Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator responsible for preparing responses to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals. This individual must be detail oriented and able to lead pursuit teams in the development of responses with little supervision while ensuring accuracy, readability and overall quality.

Position Summary

Position will be responsible for assisting with the documentation associated with the development of Letters of Responses (LORs) to FDOT Divisions for CEI work. Additional responsibilities will include assisting / leading the preparation of Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Florida Aviation and Florida municipality solicitations. This individual must be detail oriented and able to lead pursuit teams with little supervision while ensuring accuracy, readability, and overall quality.

Position Responsibilities

• Development of LORs, Proposals and SOQs
• Technical writing, editing and proofreading
• Production of proposal/qualification package and other marketing materials
• Preparation of standard documents in conformance with Owner/Client standards
• Coordination and facilitation of project pursuit meeting
• Preparation of Corporate and project specific presentations
• Updating and maintaining company-wide resumes and project profiles
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred
• Experience within the engineering/architectural industry preferred
• Experience with InDesign a plus
• Creative thinking with a positive attitude
• High attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
• Strong written and communication skills required
• US Citizen or Legal Resident

Physical Demands

Must be able to work in a sedentary position for up to ten hours per day.

Expected Hours of Work

This position is a full-time position. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one unpaid hour for lunch each day. Flexible schedules may be available with prior approval from an immediate supervisor.
