Job summary

Faith Group is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Lead to join our Marketing team in Saint Louis, MO. The role guides RFQ/RFP responses from development through submission, ensuring compliant, compelling content. You’ll partner with BD, principals, and technical leads to craft winning narratives and maintain robust proposal libraries.

Hybrid work from our Maplewood HQ; requires strong writing, coordination, and project management across diverse teams and client sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of proposal experience (AEC/professional services preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with InDesign and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and RFQ/RFP responses.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance, and review cycles to ensure on-time, fully compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop win themes and client-focused narratives.
• Coordinate and review technical content with proposal contributors and subconsultants as needed.
• Lead interview preparation, including presentation development and rehearsals.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and create/drive proposal graphics and media.
