Job summary

STV Incorporated in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate pursuit teams. This hybrid role (4 days in-office) supports marketing deliverables and proposal development for transportation projects in the northeastern U.S.

and beyond. The incumbent will manage the marketing team, craft compelling narratives, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines while collaborating with client managers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related area of study.
• Minimum 7 years of proposal management experience, including development of proposals from inception to submission.
• Experience in marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is required.
• Experience in the Chicago or Midwest transportation and infrastructure market is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate efforts of the marketing team during proposal development.
• Analyze solicitations, develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with pursuit/project teams to identify themes and weave them into responses.
• Develop information requests for teaming partners and coordinate responses.
• Draft engaging non-technical narratives and coordinate color review meetings.
