Job summary

UDR Inc. seeks an organized, technically fluent Project Manager to lead technology deployments across a multi-family portfolio. You will manage projects from perimeter access control to smart home systems, guiding vendors and internal IT to deliver outcomes with clarity and accountability.

You are a professional PM first, skilled in coordinating multi‑vendor efforts, maintaining plans, and communicating progress to leadership. Hybrid in-office work and periodic travel are part of this role.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or demonstrated background in structured project delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Technology Management or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery across a portfolio of concurrent technology initiatives; accountable for outcomes while vendors and IT retain ownership of design.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports per IT project methodology.
• Coordinate between internal teams and third‑party vendors; manage vendor timelines and change orders.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across levels and provide proactive status reports.
• Support feasibility studies, vendor selection, and proposal evaluation; coordinate testing phases.
• Develop and report metrics to track project status and success.
