Job summary

Wilson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security integration initiatives across access control, video, intrusion, and low-voltage systems. The role manages projects from award to closeout, drives schedules, budgets, and client communications in a hybrid Maryland/DC/NOVA environment.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP, 7+ years of PM experience, and 5+ years in security or low-voltage projects, with a track record managing multi‑million-dollar contracts and coordinating

Qualifications

• Requires PMP certification and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of project management experience across security integration or low-voltage.
• Experience managing projects from $150K to multi‑million contracts; strong financial acumen.
• Reads construction drawings and specifications; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the Mid- Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security integration projects from kickoff to completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project profitability.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and customer communications.
• Manage procurement, material deliveries, and logistics.
• Review and negotiate change orders.
• Support estimating, proposal development, and scope reviews.
• Drive process improvements, SOP development, and operational efficiencies.
• Mentor project staff and promote a customer-focused team culture.
