UDR is seeking a project manager to lead technology deployments across a multi-family portfolio, from access control to smart home systems. You will align vendors, property teams, and IT, managing timelines and risks to deliver clear health and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or technology deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP is highly valued.
• Strong vendor management with multi-vendor coordination.
• Experience with common PM tools and IT PMO practices.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery across a portfolio of concurrent technology initiatives; ensure outcomes while vendors/IT own design & installation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports per IT methodology.
• Coordinate between internal teams and third-party vendors; manage SOWs, change orders, and commitments.
• Build stakeholder relationships; provide proactive milestone, risk, and issue reporting.
• Support feasibility studies, vendor selection, and proposal evaluation.
• Develop and report metrics to track status and success.
• Maintain central repositories and PMO templates; contribute to IT PMO practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
