Actuate is a Denver-based IoT startup focused on predictive operations for multi-location facilities. We seek a Project Coordinator to ensure seamless project flow, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, and to drive efficient installations with a hands-on, tech-friendly approach.

You will work in a fast-paced startup, collaborating across disciplines, with a hybrid Denver schedule and opportunities to influence energy efficiency outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project orders, shipping/logistics, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Field Project Implementation Managers and stakeholders.
• Create installation documents and work orders using facility data and manuals.
• Support on-site teams with remote commissioning and status reports.
• Maintain installation schedules and assist with problem resolutions.
