Job summary

MDP Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager in a hybrid role (New York/NJ) to drive infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and AI integration projects. You will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating business and engineering teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience managing projects across stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PM or consultant in infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, or AI integration.
• Delivering technical projects across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work hybrid, in the New York office and at a client site in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent technical initiatives from kickoff through delivery, on time and within scope.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Track risks and dependencies and keep projects moving.
• Coordinate vendors and engineering teams.
• Communicate clearly with business leaders and technical teams alike.
