Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Project Specialist II to support large integration projects and manage smaller workstreams. The role is defined for 12 months and combines planning, coordination, and continuous improvement within a hybrid model.

The position requires 3+ years leading projects, data management experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Work is performed in Boston Scientific's global hub with hybrid arrangements and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or managing projects.
• 2+ years data management and technology systems implementation.
• Proficient data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong MS Office/Microsoft Tools proficiency and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed project planning for major transfers or initiatives.
• Coordinate activities of project resources allocated by BSC.
• Assist PM to manage dependencies, critical path, and project quality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and tools (meeting notes, risk log, T&Cs).
• Prepare project status updates and communicate expectations clearly to team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adherence to Quality Policy.
• Identify obstacles and escalate to ensure project success.
• Participate in planning, execution, and closing with strict deadlines and budgets.
• Capture lessons learned from post-mortems to improve future projects.
• Suggest new tools to improve efficiency (Power Apps, Power BI).
