Job summary

Canon Solutions America is seeking a motivated project management professional to deliver structured PM services for client and internal engagements. The role focuses on ownership, stakeholder alignment, and proactive status communication within a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience, with proficiency in spreadsheets and PM software, plus strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and other commonly used office software packages.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• May require occasional travel; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers structured project management services for Internal and Client Projects.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and sets expectations.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and reviews tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks to management.
• Adheres to department policies, procedures and methodologies.
• Conducts regular status meetings with stakeholders to align needs and requirements.
• Defines and maintains implementation processes and lifecycle; coordinates documentation as needed.
• Maintains accurate time and activity tracking in approved systems.
