Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a project management professional to deliver structured PM services for internal and client engagements.

With supervision, you will own task ownership, coordinate stakeholder communication, track milestones, and drive issues to resolution. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 0–2 years of related experience, strong skills in spreadsheets and PM software, and good interpersonal and public speaking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and other commonly used office software packages.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• May require occasional travel. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required
• Requires good interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers structured project management services for Internal and Client Projects.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and secures commitment from all concerned.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and reviews tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks to management.
• Adheres to department policies, procedures and methodologies.
• Conducts regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping needs in view.
• Defines and maintains implementation processes and manages the implementation lifecycle.
• Maintains accurate time and activity tracking in approved business systems.
