Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA)/Project Scheduler to partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for large-scale projects. The role requires Primavera P6 experience and proficiency with SAP Work Management, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with some in-office days, potential travel to client sites, and opportunities for growth within a leading engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 4+ years of project controls experience.
• Experience developing, implementing and driving project controls for large-scale capital projects.
• Experience managing project cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop project schedules to control cost plans and perform variance and earned value analyses.
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, reporting, performance management and data requests.
• Manage orders and document controls in current software systems.
• Maintain logs for scope change, contingency release, change orders and journal entries.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking per guidelines.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports and variance explanations to PM leadership.
• Ensure status reporting to project team and compliance with policies.
