Job summary

InnoActive Group is seeking a driven Project Controls Analyst to support scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and risk analysis on capital infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with engineers, PMs, and executives to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The candidate will develop detailed schedules in Primavera P6, perform variance and earned value analysis, and provide executive dashboards. A strong analytics mindset and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in project controls, project management, scheduling, cost controls, or construction project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale capital, infrastructure, utility, or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar cost management and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor critical paths, milestones, and schedule performance, identifying risks and delays.
• Integrate schedules across multiple workstreams and update plans to reflect changes.
• Support schedule recovery planning and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and forecasted costs.
• Perform cost variance analysis, earned value reporting, and trend forecasting.
• Partner with project teams to identify budget risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare financial reports and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring project risks and opportunities.
• Support risk mitigation and contingency plan development.
• Manage change control processes and governance alignment.
