Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in Northern California (Sacramento/Bay Area) to partner with stakeholders and implement controls to optimize project financials. You will support cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure data integrity across systems.

You will manage project cost forecasts, schedules, change logs, and monthly cost variance analysis, leveraging SAP, P6, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience.
• 5+ years in project controls.
• Experience implementing project controls for large-scale projects.
• Experience managing project cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement controls to manage project financials.
• Develop cost plans, budgets, forecasting, and variance/earned value analyses.
• Collaborate on project schedules, budgets, reporting, and data requests.
• Manage orders and ensure documentation is entered in the system.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and project records.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports and risk activities to PM leadership.
