Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to partner with stakeholders and develop controls that improve project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The role requires extensive Primavera P6 and project controls experience, with proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Tableau. A Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are essential, and the position offers a hybrid work model with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 5+ years project controls experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and driving controls for large-scale projects.
• Experience managing cost, forecasts, budgets and financial reporting for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project financial controls to mitigate losses.
• Analyze cost plans and perform variance and earned value analyses.
• Support budgets, forecasts, reporting and data management.
• Manage orders and required documentation in the system.
• Maintain change logs, project records and status updates.
• Provide monthly project cost and schedule reports to PM leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs on cash flow and forecasts using functional input.
• Utilize SAP Work Management, P6, Excel, Power BI.
