Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to partner with stakeholders across departments to develop controls for cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will manage project cost data, schedules, and cash flow with SAP, P6, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, ensuring accurate monthly variance and earned value analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in Primavera P6 and project controls, with travel as needed for client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required.
• 5+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 5+ years project controls experience.
• Developed and drove project controls in large-scale projects.
• Experience with cost, forecasts, budgets and financial reporting for large capital projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop cost plans, perform variance & earned value analyses.
• Support budgets, forecasts, reports, and data management.
• Manage orders and maintain project documentation.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports to PM leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Monitor cash flow and project status with the team.
• Perform monthly financial result analyses with drivers.
