Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Project Manager and Owner's Representative to lead diverse construction projects in the Charlotte and Western Carolina region. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risks while representing the client, Duke Energy, in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5+ years in project/construction management, a relevant degree, and strong collaboration across teams. Travel to sites in Charlotte, Western Carolina, and surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction management, or real estate.
• Bachelor's or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience budgeting and financial tracking for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and schedules, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring alignment with processes.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead weekly project meetings and maintain project records.
• Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, and invoicing workflow.
• Prepare status reports, updates, and cash flow analyses.
• Leverage project management tech to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure success.
