Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager/Owner's Representative to lead construction and renovation projects across Charlotte and Western North Carolina. In a hybrid role, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks while representing the client’s interests with Duke Energy Real Estate processes.

You will collaborate with GC/subcontractors, lead weekly meetings, and ensure thorough documentation and reporting. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project management, construction management, or real estate.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business/Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience preparing and managing project budgets and financials.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships across levels and with clients.
• Proficiency with project management tools and willingness to develop technical skills.
• Willingness to travel within Charlotte and Western Carolina region for site visits.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a diverse, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and schedules; manage budgets and risks.
• Serve as main client contact; align with Duke Energy Real Estate processes.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead weekly project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement; track vendor RFPs, POs, and invoices.
• Produce status reports, financial updates and cash flow analyses.
• Leverage project management tech to improve delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive outcomes.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive project environment.
