Ameritas in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Project Manager II to lead project teams using established methodologies to deliver defined outcomes with value. You will coordinate cross-functional work, manage budgets, risks, and scope, and communicate changes to stakeholders. Hybrid role with in-office and remote work.

Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years PM experience required; PMP/ PMI-ACP helpful; MBA welcomed; consulting background preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–3+ years of project management experience required.
PMP or PMI-ACP certification is useful.
MBA or similar advanced degree desired.

Responsibilities

Support sponsor engagement and document project objectives and success criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to create the project plan and schedule.
Track project costs and monitor budgets.
Update plans, schedules, costs, and resources; report variances.
Ensure training is provided for changes to processes.
Follow review/approval for deliverables; manage risks and issues.
Evaluate changes; propose alternatives for approval.
Implement changes and document lessons learned.
