Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Project Manager II (Non Technical) in Cincinnati to coordinate day-to-day project deliverables, financials, and communications across cross-functional teams. The role covers new product launches, migrations, marketing, and operations with hybrid in-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong PMBOK knowledge, excellent communication and budgeting skills, and experience with MS Project and related tools. 3 days in office weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, computer science, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards and PMBOK.
• Experience in managing budgets and timelines; ability to set expectations and lead teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Advanced skills with MS Office, PM tools, and time-keeping software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project aspects from initiation to delivery.
• Lead initiation activities, identify obligations, needs, and contacts.
• Develop and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage resources, roles, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Monitor risks and issues, drive mitigation and issue resolution.
• Oversight of vendors/subcontractors and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct project closures and handover documentation.
