Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3-5+ years of relevant project management related experience required.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other similar project management certifications are useful.
• MBA or similar advanced degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize project teams on discrete initiatives.
• Utilize project management and agile methodologies to deliver outcomes and value.
• Direct and report on projects with moderate complexity and risk.
• Collaborate with sponsors to align project objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop plans, and manage budgets and resources.
• Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning and standups.
• Develop cost estimates and secure funding.
• Monitor plans, schedules, costs, and risks, reporting variances.
• Ensure training is provided for changes to business processes.
• Document lessons learned and store MAR control documents for audit.
