Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II (Non Technical) in Cincinnati, OH. You will coordinate project plans and deliverables across teams, manage budgets and timelines, and communicate with executives and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong PMBOK knowledge, with PMP preferred. Hybrid work with three days in the office, and experience in financial services or Worldpay products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• extensive knowledge of PMBOK, standards and guidelines.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines and build morale.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, team and time management.
• Experience in financial services or Worldpay products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery.
• Identify client/business needs, goals, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Allocate resources and assign major project roles.
• Monitor risks, issues, and progress to meet deadlines and quality.
