Job summary

Phoenix Staff is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for the Information Services department of a mission-driven healthcare organization in the Phoenix metro area. This role focuses on technology enablement, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable coordinating stakeholders across multiple initiatives, including CRM implementation and workforce management software, with strong communication to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience, preferably with business applications or process improvements.
• Experience managing external consultants, implementation partners, or vendors.
• Ability to coordinate technical resources within IT environments without being a technical SME.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology enablement and business process improvement projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Take over an in-progress CRM implementation, working with an external consultant to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead the implementation of workforce management software from requirements gathering through rollout.
• Coordinate and administer the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, including scheduling, intake, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support existing project management processes, including intake, portfolio/backlog tracking, prioritization, and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with directors, business analysts, IS staff, and external vendors across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address system-related challenges and resolutions.
