Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business/Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, software implementations, or systems integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role partners with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver complex solutions and drive successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented professional who can balance technical discussions with stakeholder management while keeping projects on track and aligned with business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Lead multiple implementation and technology projects simultaneously
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
• Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Support software implementations, integrations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
• Analyze business workflows and recommend scalable solutions
• Monitor project performance and drive issue resolution through completion

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, software implementations, or systems integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology, software, SaaS, data management, or information services environments
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, reporting tools, or cloud-based technologies
• Experience with healthcare technology implementations, EMR/EHR platforms (Epic preferred), and system integrations.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and client-facing implementation projects.
• PMP, CSM, or related project management certification
