Job summary

Main Line Health seeks an IT Project Manager to drive healthcare technology initiatives through all project phases in a hybrid role with minimal onsite presence at Radnor Corporate Center. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and realized benefits.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and change management skills, plus experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• 3+ years leading medium-to-large technology initiatives; or 5 years in complex IT projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across technical, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
