Job summary

Capital Blue Cross is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Harrisburg, PA to manage large, multi-faceted initiatives and multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication to deliver on-time and on-budget results.

You will mentor peers, follow Agile practices where appropriate, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This hybrid position requires onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SCRUM) preferred but not required.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage large multi-faceted projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organize teams, develop plans, and facilitate project execution.
• Monitor budget, risks, issues, and governance with transparent reporting.
• Mentor and train other project managers as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to corporate lifecycle guidelines.
