Job summary

Alliance Health in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget, leading a team based on skills and experience while coordinating with the Manager of Project Portfolio Management.

This full-time hybrid role requires onsite at Alliance Home Office in Morrisville 2 days per week. You will form teams, define tasks, manage resources and timelines, and present regular progress reports to management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years PM experience.
• PMP certification is required within eighteen (18) months of employment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with sponsors and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Form teams and assign roles with clear tasks and milestones.
• Develop project timelines, resources, and meetings; track progress.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and report to management.
• Maintain client and team relationships and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular project reports and conduct post-project evaluations.
