Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects across engineering, data, design, and business teams. The role emphasizes scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk management in a hybrid San Jose setting.

You will coordinate cross-functional dependencies, apply Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as needed, and deliver clear status updates to leadership while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in Project Management or related field.
• Experience planning, executing, and tracking end-to-end projects.
• Hands-on with Jira, Workfront, MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and track projects end-to-end including scope, timeline and budget.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards and executive updates with RAG status.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, data, design and business teams.
• Lead status meetings, steering committees and stakeholder communications.
