Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) across BCHS, BOI, and BCD in Harrisburg, PA. The role requires a PMP certification, PA residence, and 7–9 years of PM experience.

The position is hybrid, with two days per week in the Harrisburg office, and involves coordinating with program offices and stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a setting transitioning from paper charting.
• PMI PMP certification for at least 5 years.
• Must reside in PA and be able to work in Harrisburg office two days/week.
• 7–9 years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) preferred.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, health informatics, and health IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHR implementation for BCHS, BOI, and BCD projects.
• Drive the project from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and Project Schedule; manage scope changes.
• Provide weekly status updates and communicate with stakeholders and team leads.
• Mentor less experienced staff and coordinate with program office staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project management methods and PMO guidelines.
