Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is seeking a Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives across our multi-site organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of project management, program coordination, operational delivery, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience in multi-site or operationally complex environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project charters defining scope, objectives, deliverables, ownership, timelines, and success measures.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Establish project cadences, kickoffs, status reviews, and leadership updates.
• Track commitments, ensure clear ownership, and drive timely follow-through.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and develop mitigation plans.
