Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Project Manager I to plan, execute, and finalize projects across multiple initiatives. The role requires leading a team, coordinating resources, and delivering results on time and within budget in a hybrid work setting at the Morrisville, NC office.

You will develop timelines, manage stakeholder communications, and produce regular reports for senior management. A PMP and a Bachelor's degree are preferred, with at least two years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, Human Services or related field.
• PMP certification required within 18 months.
• Two years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget.
• Form teams and assign roles based on skills.
• Develop timelines, tasks, and resource plans.
• Maintain client and team relationships; serve as liaison.
• Prepare regular project reports for management.
• Improve PPM dashboard timeliness and accuracy.
• Conduct regular team meetings and address issues.
