Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across a multi-site organization. You will bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to priorities, ensuring planning through implementation with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Field Operations, Business Enablement, and Support Center to reflect operational realities and business priorities, while navigating ambiguity and holding teams accountable for commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or related role.
• Experience coordinating and delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-site or operationally complex environments, plus enterprise implementation experience.
• Experience in change management or organizational readiness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop project charters defining scope, objectives, deliverables, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and success measures.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, workstreams, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Establish cadences: kickoffs, working sessions, status reviews, and leadership updates.
• Track commitments and actions to ensure ownership, accountability, and timely follow-through.
• Maintain momentum and address barriers affecting delivery.
