Hybrid Pittsburgh, PA or Portland, OR, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to maintain critical paths, mentor teams, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Occasional travel locally or internationally may be required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans with scope, milestones and timelines.
• Communicates project status across teams and departments.
• Defines problems and suggests cost- and time-based solutions.
• Analyzes cost structures and deviations from plan.
• Collaborates with manufacturing, sales/marketing and purchasing.
• Manages day-to-day progress, risks and resolutions.
• Participates in planning meetings as SME on workflow and capacity.
