Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Project Manager to plan and execute diverse projects across design, campaigns, and production. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, and budgets while partnering with creative and client teams to deliver on-time results.

Hybrid role based out of Baltimore or Pittsburgh, requiring strong communication, cost awareness, and an ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management (or related field).
• 4+ years of project management experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creative process including concept development and design; print production experience is a plus.
• Experience in website design and platforms a plus.
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, DAM systems, and creative review tools.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Communicates project statuses across the PM team and departments.
• Identifies risks and suggests cost/time alternatives.
• Analyzes cost structures and deviations from approved budgets.
• Collaborates with design, production, and client management on project portions.
• Manages day-to-day operations, task delegation, risk assessment and reporting.
• Attends/plans project planning meetings; guides workflow and capacity discussions.
• Supports implementation of workflow tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Occasional travel locally, nationally, or internationally.
