Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead multi-team initiatives across design, production, and client services. You will ensure projects meet timing, cost, and quality targets while driving defined benefits.

This role requires strong collaboration with manufacturing, sales, and purchasing teams. The position supports hybrid work in Portland, OR, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Occasional travel locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Strong MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collects, analyzes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Communicates status and structure across teams and departments.
• Defines potential problems and proposes cost/time based alternatives.
• Manages day-to-day project progress including risk assessment and resolution.
• Serves as main day-to-day contact for current projects with clients and suppliers.
• Attends planning meetings and provides workflow/process subject-matter expertise.
