A hybrid Project Manager will plan and oversee end-to-end execution from requirements gathering to delivery, coordinating with design, production and client teams in a fast-paced environment based in Baltimore, MD or Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management (or related field).
• 4+ years of project management experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creative process including concept development and design; print production experience is a plus.
• Experience in website design and platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resources and dashboards.
• Communicates project statuses and requirements across teams and departments.
• Identifies risks and suggests alternatives based on cost, time, and quality constraints.
• Collaborates with creative design, tech design and client management on project portions.
• Manages day-to-day operations of projects including task management and risk assessment.
• Leads planning meetings and acts as SME on workflow, capacity, timelines; audits processes to improve efficiency.
