Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage complex design projects. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, while collaborating with manufacturing, sales, marketing and clients to keep the project on critical path.

The role requires 4+ years of PM experience and a strong command of MS Office; travel may occur. This is a hybrid Pittsburgh, PA or Portland, OR position with a focus on quality, profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM or related field required.
• 4+ years in project management or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans with milestones, timelines and budgets.
• Communicates project status across teams and clients.
• Manages day-to-day progress, risks, and issue resolution.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration for feasibility and approvals.
