Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX (Hybrid) or remote across the US to lead delivery of customer projects within our Professional Services portfolio. You will guide initiatives from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with customer objectives and defined scope.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, report status to stakeholders, and uphold PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional project management experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, technical, data, and product functions.
• Manage scope, change control, and project financials throughout the lifecycle.
