Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead engagements from kickoff to close, coordinating schedules, teams, and communications and serving as the primary contact for issues to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.

Hybrid work model with Austin or Somerset, NJ offices; travel up to 10%; PMP preferred; 7+ years in PM, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Asana and AirTable are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years of customer-facing or internal project management experience.
• 5+ years in IT technical project management and in Asana/Agile; hybrid environment preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus; willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engagements to achieve the scope described in Statements of Work.
• Create project schedules to ensure timely and budgeted execution.
• Coordinate the project team and establish roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate status updates, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to customers.
• Execute change requests to project scope, schedule, and cost as needed.
• Serve as the single point of contact for issues/escalations.
• Conduct project close activities to confirm deliverables with the program manager.
• Coach teams on roles and responsibilities across activities.
• Manage projects using tools such as Asana and AirTable.
