Job summary

Körber is looking for a Project Manager to lead automation projects of moderate scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing approved budgets and schedules, and serving as the day-to-day contact for stakeholders. You will develop plans, monitor performance, track costs, manage scope changes, and ensure safe, on-time delivery across engineering, sales, and site management.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a hybrid work model from our Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PM experience in project management, coordination, or technical project delivery.
• CAPM, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget for projects in warehouse/logistics/automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, scope, and budgets; obtain approvals and manage from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain project schedules; track activities, resources, and performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track costs, update forecasts, identify deviations, and escalate where needed.
• Manage scope changes and document cost/schedule impacts; coordinate customer discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contract management, and other teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day customer contact for status, deliverables, and issue resolution; organize meetings and document decisions.
• Maintain risk and issue logs; coordinate mitigation and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate procurement with Supply Chain and verify equipment receipt and inventory.
• Support safety compliance and reporting; follow QA processes throughout execution.
