Job summary

Körber Supply Chain Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation projects from initiation to delivery. You will develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in PM, strong scheduling, and stakeholder management in a warehouse/logistics setting. You will travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and safety teams.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 3-5 years of project management, coordination, or delivery experience.
• CAPM/PMP or similar certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office; SAP familiarity is a plus.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget for projects in warehouse/logistics/automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, scope, and budgets with stakeholders and obtain approvals.
• Manage projects from initiation to closure using established PM processes.
• Create and maintain MS Project schedules; track resources and monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track costs and update expenditure forecasts; identify deviations and apply corrective actions.
• Manage scope changes, document impacts, and coordinate customer discussions and approvals.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contract management, customer service, site management to ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as the day-to-day customer contact for status, deliverables, and issue resolution; organize meetings and document decisions.
• Maintain risk and issue logs; coordinate mitigation and escalate significant risks as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering to clarify contractual requirements; monitor vendor performance and track deliverables.
• Coordinate procurement with Supply Chain; track material deliveries and confirm equipment receipt.
• Coordinate with site managers and safety teams to support compliance and safety reporting.
• Follow QA processes; review performance and document lessons learned for improvement at closure.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% as required.
