Job summary

Körber is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Atlanta area. You will lead large cross-functional projects, manage budgets and timelines, and act as the primary client-facing contact. The role involves collaboration across engineering, sales, finance, and contracts, with travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

This is a hybrid role based in the U.S. with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with scope, schedule, budget, and resources in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong understanding of system integration project execution processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong financial acumen in cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience in multicultural and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with stakeholders.
• Oversee full project execution lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project; monitor activities and budgets.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client-facing point of contact and coordinate meetings.
• Partner with engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contracts, and customer service.
• Lead project risk management and issue resolution across departments.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contracts, and vendor oversight.
• Lead project-related procurement with Supply Chain; track material and inventory.
• Ensure safety and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct performance reviews and lessons-learned analyses at milestones.
