Job summary

Körber is seeking aSenior Strategic Project Scheduler to drive integrated schedules for multimillion-dollar automation and material handling projects. You will partner with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Installation while reporting to the SIOP Manager.

The role requires strong MS Project expertise, schedule risk management, and the ability to lead what-if analyses in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work from Irving, TX is available with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant project scheduling experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project with resource-loaded schedules and logic-driven plans.
• Familiarity with Jira, ERP, and PM systems.
• Knowledge of critical path, baselining, progress measurement, earned value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated proposal and project schedules for large-scale automation and material handling projects exceeding $100M.
• Collaborate with Sales and Program Management to produce competitive, executable customer schedules.
• Lead schedule risk reviews, identify critical path activities, and assess resource constraints.
• Propose alternative execution strategies to meet project requirements.
• Perform scenario and what-if analyses to optimize schedules and competitiveness.
• Create recovery schedules and corrective actions for delays and risks.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals and schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation.
• Support scheduling standards, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communications.
