Job summary

Körber is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver automation projects of moderate scope. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact for status and deliverables.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Admin. Hybrid work in Atlanta, GA is offered with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience including scope, schedules, or budgets.
• CAPM, PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office; familiarity with SAP preferred.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources for projects in warehouse/distribution/logistics/automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, scope, and budgets with stakeholders and approvals.
• Create and maintain MS Project schedules; track performance against scope, schedule and budget.
• Track costs and forecasts; manage changes through change control process.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contract management, customer service, site management and other teams.
• Serve as day-to-day customer contact for status, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Maintain risk and issue logs; escalate significant risks and issues.
• Coordinate with engineering to clarify contractual requirements; monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate procurement with Supply Chain; track material deliveries and inventory.
• Support safety compliance and completion of required safety reports.
• Review performance at milestones and document lessons learned.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
