Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields preferred.
• 3–5 years in project management or coordination.
• CAPM or PMP preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office; SAP familiarity a plus.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or automation.
• Experience delivering technical projects or managing workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, scope, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain schedules in MS Project; monitor performance.
• Track costs, forecast updates, and manage changes through change control.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, and others to deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day customer contact for status and issue resolution.
• Maintain risk and issue logs; escalate significant risks.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
