Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Associate Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on delivering structured project management services for Canon's products and client engagements, with supervision for additional responsibilities.

Eligible candidates may work from Canon regional offices in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 0–2 years of related experience, plus proficiency with spreadsheets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and other commonly used office software packages.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• May require occasional travel. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
• Requires good interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management fundamentals to Internal and Client Projects.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and secures commitment from stakeholders.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and reviews tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks to management.
• Defines and maintains implementation processes and manages lifecycle.
