Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Associate Specialist for a hybrid role across the US.

The position involves delivering structured project management services for common products and services, with supervision and collaboration across client and internal engagements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of related experience, plus proficiency in spreadsheets and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 0–2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and other commonly used office software packages.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires travel up to 30% (valid driver’s license and driving record).
• Requires good interpersonal and communication skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management fundamentals and best practices to Internal and Client Projects.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and secures commitment from all involved.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and reviews project tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks to management.
• Defines and maintains implementation processes and lifecycle; coordinates documentation as needed.
• Maintains accurate time and activity tracking in approved business systems.
