Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a project management professional to deliver structured project management services for internal and client engagements. Under supervision, you will support a variety of Canon products and services, coordinating tasks and ensuring milestones are met.

You will require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong skills with spreadsheets and PM software, and good communication abilities. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with optional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required; 0–2 years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and commonly used office software packages.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• May require occasional travel; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills and public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management fundamentals to Internal and Client Projects.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and secures commitment from all stakeholders.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and reviews milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks to management.
• Defines and maintains implementation processes and lifecycle; coordinates documentation as needed.
• Maintains accurate time tracking in approved systems.
