Job summary

Vego Garden seeks a high-performing Brand & Creative Project Manager to turn creative chaos into structured, high-impact execution. You will own end-to-end campaigns, product launches, brand experiences and asset production across brand, creative, website, social and copy.

You’ll operate across time zones, ensuring a single source of truth, and you’ll run the cross-functional work that intersects product, growth, customer experience, sales and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in creative agency, in-house marketing, or DTC/e-commerce brand.
• Experience coordinating designers, copywriters, video production teams, and marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Intake and governance: Manage intake and ensure complete briefs.
• Run the approval loop: consolidate feedback and record decisions.
